MELODING is a service operated by Adrian J Sanchez O, with address at Yaqui 302, Vista City, 67150, Mexico. By using meloding.net or buying a song, you accept these terms.

You tell us a story. From it we create lyrics and a personalised song, and we deliver it to you as an audio file.

First you hear a sample excerpt. The full song is unlocked when you complete payment, and we send it to the email address you give us.

We want you to know this plainly: the lyrics and the audio are produced by artificial intelligence systems. There are no musicians recording your song in a studio.

No real person sings your song. The voice you hear is synthetic.

MELODING creates songs inspired by a genre or in the style of a kind of music. That is all we do.

We do not imitate or clone anyone's voice, whether a well-known artist or anybody else. We do not accept orders asking for that.

No real artist takes part in your song, produces it, supervises it, or endorses it. If you see a genre name or a style reference on the site, it describes a sound; it is not a collaboration and not an endorsement.

Your song does not belong to any known artist, and you must not present it as if it did.

When you pay, you get the right to use your song for personal purposes: listening to it, keeping it, giving it to the person you made it for, playing it at a private party or celebration, and sharing it with people close to you.

Commercial use is not included. You may not sell it, resell it, use it in advertising, in monetised content, on radio or television, or distribute it on streaming platforms, unless we make a written agreement.

We do not accept orders containing content that incites hatred or discriminates against people or groups.

We do not accept harassment, threats, or content meant to humiliate or intimidate someone.

We do not accept any content that sexualises minors. No exceptions and no nuance.

We do not accept impersonation: passing the song off as someone else's work, imitating a real voice, or attributing to someone words they never said.

We do not accept lyrics that infringe third-party rights, such as reproducing the lyrics of an existing song.

You are responsible for the information you give us. By sending us a story, you confirm you are free to share it and that it does not violate anyone's rights.

If an order breaches the previous section, we may refuse or cancel it, before or after payment. If we cancel it for that reason and you had already paid, we refund you.

We may also suspend access for anyone who abuses the service or tries to compromise our infrastructure.

A song is a creative work. We can commit to delivering a song built from your story, in the genre and language you asked for, and we do.

We cannot guarantee a specific outcome: that a melody will move you, that the voice will sound the way you pictured it, or that the lyrics will use particular words. A result that does not match what you had in your head is not a defect in the service.

If there is an error that is genuinely ours, we fix it. That is set out in the refund policy.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors. We depend on external providers, and there may be maintenance, failures, or outages.

We may change, limit, or discontinue features. If we discontinue something that affects a purchase you already made, we will look for a reasonable solution with you.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected song. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or the effect your song has on whoever receives it.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer where those rights cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by Mexican law, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico, without prejudice to the consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
