Refund policy

August 12, 2026

The idea behind it

If we charged you and you did not get what you bought, we give your money back. If you got something with an error of ours, we fix it at no cost. And if the song arrived fine but did not win you over, we have a gesture for you, though that is not a refund.

Each case is set out separately below, so you know exactly where you stand.

1. Not delivered, or unusable on arrival: full refund

If the charge went through and the song was not delivered, we refund 100%.

The same applies if the file arrived corrupted, incomplete, or unplayable, and we cannot get you one that works.

This is not a courtesy exception or a favour. You paid for a song and did not get it. Returning the money is the least we can do.

2. A defect in the result: corrected at no cost

If the song comes out with the wrong name, in a language other than the one you asked for, in a genre other than the one you chose, or with any other error attributable to the service, we regenerate it at no cost.

That correction does not use up the courtesy credit in point 3. Delivering what you bought is not a favour: it is the obligation we took on when we charged you.

If the error is still there after we correct it, you move to point 1 and we refund you.

3. You did not like the song: one courtesy credit, once only

A song is a creative work and taste is subjective. Everything can be correct and it still may not land for you.

In that case we give you a credit for one additional song, at no cost. It is a single credit per customer, once only.

We want to be clear so there is no misunderstanding: this is not a refund of your money. It is a second chance to get it right.

4. Change of mind after unlocking: no refund

Your song is digital content delivered immediately and irreversibly. When you approve and unlock, the system generates and sends the full song, and we can no longer take it back from your device or your inbox.

That is why, before you unlock, we ask you to expressly accept immediate delivery and to acknowledge that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal. That step exists to make the decision a conscious one, not to hide anything from you.

After that point, simply changing your mind does not give rise to a refund. Points 1 and 2 still apply: if it was not delivered, or if the error was ours, we stand behind it just the same.

5. How to ask for it

Write to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Tell us the email address you used for the order and describe the problem. If a file will not play, tell us which device you tried it on.

We confirm by email. Where a refund is due, we issue it to the same payment method you used; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank.

Note for customers in Spain, Portugal, and the United Kingdom

Under the consumer rules in your country, a distance purchase normally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal.

For digital content, that right is lost only if you expressly consented to delivery beginning immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lost the right of withdrawal. That is the step we ask you for before unlocking your song.

If you did not give that consent, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully intact and you can exercise it by writing to us.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights your national law gives you as a consumer, including the statutory guarantee covering defective content.
